The work can be really interesting and challenging, some incredibly intelligent and hard working people. It seems like there are some people who are working hard to solve some of the organizational problems that exist. Pretty good benefits

Cons

Almost everyone is frustrated about something almost all of the time. There's a major disconnect between how the company is presented by the management and how it actually functions. Training is a bit lacking.
