Very old school mentality. Needs to accept the ideas of different thinkers and eliminate the "red tape". Culture needs to be improved, many employees have a negative attitude

• Continuous positive growth • Strong leadership team • Tremendous work/life balance • Very creative atmosphere • Great people and friends to work with -- everybody is really open to new/different ideas. There's never a wrong question or answer.

Cons

I'd love to find a way for internal teams to communicate better using our Program Management tool versus slinging emails around as they relate to individual projects.
