1. its a young company, not an old tech giant like IBM or Microsoft that has had multi decades to iron out their processes... processes for some things at GlideFast either don't exist or are in the process of being built. But a Pro to that, is that they are open and available to discuss any changes to process that you would like to see, dont be afraid to question anything. 2. cant think of another..
