Pros

They have unlimited PTO: If you get approval from your team-lead and only if you can figure out who that is. Org. changes are made like underwear because “nobody works for nobody.” Great salaries and bonus if you if in fact they pay you.

Cons

See above and so much more. The company has good intentions it just gets lost in the self centered ownership that has so much nepotism going on its an HR nightmare I am sure.
