Loved the people and culture. Loved the mission. Good work life balance. Safety always a priority. Would work there again if a different opportunity presented itself.

Cons

Over the years the benefits have gotten more expensive and less coverage. Still good but could really improve being a medical company.

GMR has the best benefit package of any commercial ambulance service I've worked for. GMR is global, so there is opportunity to move and grow.

Cons

Not maintaining contracts, limited local options to transition upon the termination of my program's contract.
