Extremely poor leadership Toxic environment locally Do not value employees Workload unmanageable, workload increases constantly with no support. Long term employees are offloaded. Company is losing quality staff consistently over past year and continues to severely decline in quality.

The benefits are not always what they say. Safety is just a lip service. 2 fatal crashes in as many months killing 10 people should say something.

We are working hard to continue the growth of our Safety Management Systems as well as our culture of safety to better ensure safety for each and every flight. This work includes the establishment of the first Operations Control Center for fixed wing operations in the air medical industry.
