I absolutely love working here. I have been here for over 30 years. There have been times of lean and times of plenty. Through the entire time though, one thing has stood clear and it is that this organization cares about the outcomes of patience and cares about the well-being of their employees. There are multiple layers of assistance and protection for employees and the company really buys into the institute for healthcare improvements triple aim.

Cons

It's a busy place but the positive side of that is even though that you may leave some days tired, there is no other place where you can get the experience that you can get here.

I absolutely love my job and the company I work for. They have so many programs available to their employees to help w/ financial crisis, child care, legal aid & the list goes on and on. I've been here for almost 2 years and it's the best company I've worked for

Cons

The hiring process is slow so it takes a while to get new employees started. In the operation I'm in there is no shift differential for days/nights & low incentive pay for those who pick up extra shifts

Cons

Marketing department and the business in general is a hot mess. I was overworked and underpaid. The salaries are based on nepotism and favorites.. I was doing the job of 3 people being paid 20k less than my “equals”.
