Pros

Lots of opportunity within the larger GMR company. Lots of support. OT almost always available across the board.

Cons

GMR owns many smaller companies and your experience will vary widely. I've worked for 3 different companies within the GMR family and my experience has ranged from excellent potential career destination to poorly managed trainwrecks. GMR across the board seems to pay on the lower end of industry standards.

Stepping stone for a better company.

Cons

VERY poor pay, safety is only a conversation topic, outdated and irrelevant monthly training, constantly transporting BLS patients in an aircraft just to make money, not great benefits, vacation accrual rate is a joke.
