The corporate office in Waltham is home to fun great people. They are nice to work with. They throw fun parties, volunteer events, that make you feel part of a community.

Cons

Slow to process a salary raise. I was paid below median salary for my position and years of experience so I asked for a raise at par with industry average. Nobody really took responsibility to take action on my request. The company gives out 3% raise every year—equivalent to annual inflation rate.
