      Pros

      Global Partners is a big petro/convenience company still run by the founding family. Leadership is accessible at all levels and they are listening to employees' needs and concerns on small issues as well as large. As we expand our markets and bring on new teams, leadership becomes more insistent that we create and share a clear mission and set of values at all levels of the company to maintain the family feel of the operation.

      It takes a while to turn a big ship. :)

      Pros

      Global partners is expanding very quickly in northeast USA. I believe its a largest gas chain in northeast.

      Cons

      Global partners should look what their competitors are paying there associates and should pay there employees better.

      friendly employees, nice office, good food places close by for lunch, easy work

      bad management, micromanagement, bad leadership, not much growth, employees don't really matter to higher-ups
