I really enjoyed working with my team. It was a supportive and collaborative environment with lots of great learning opportunities.

Cons

The company has grown so much over the past few years and has had challenges transitioning from a small family business into a larger cooperation and fortune 500 company. Very flat structure and difficult to move up in position. Lateral changes are available but they need to work on a more clear path of progression.

The department I worked for I do not have anything negative to say besides I wish the initial training was better.
