      Great people at a store level, good benefits, competitive pay

      Cons

      Lack of communication, need a standard training program for all store level employees. Too many gaps depending on who did the actual training.

      Associates and management are great to work with. Wage and benefits were better than expected. Grateful for the opportunity. Definitely liked it.

      Limited opportunity for advancement. Would like to have had the chance to grow the company beyond the position I was hired for.
