Pros

Global Payments offers a pretty good benefits package to full time employees, offers flexible work hour arrangements, and maintains a pleasant enough working environment most of the time.

Cons

Global Payments does not pay standard industry salaries for most technical and managerial positions. They set very high performance expectations and then fail to reward or acknowledge performance. Salary raises are paltry. Not much long-term incentive.

Pros

- Fairly flexible working schedule - Really good benefits. In an age when most large companies are providing lackluster health insurance or cutting 401k contributions, Global Payments seems to at least be mindful that morale is important to their success. - A great group of people. Pretty much everyone I have interacted with has been competent and seems like a pretty good person to work with.

Cons

- A good deal of resistance to implementing new techniques and strategies, but that's pretty common in a large corporation. - The ticketing system is abysmal.
