Works on Fintech. Work life balance focus. Leaders let employee ask questions and take those questions rather than avoid it. Hike expected between 7 to 10 percentage for senior level dev and also based on performance. Less firing compared to other companies. Works on mostly latest tech.

Cons

No good policy to protect employee. HR is just for hiring, they don't enforce the policy. Future growth like promotion are not given on merit base rather it is 1st come 1st agree based. Too much politics. Since it is small scale company which became big by acquiring more small company, there is no uniformity in there work culture. Less fresher hiring. Very less office perks. No cab or shuttle facility. Work on latest tech but there is lack of building frame work experiences and no body focus on it either. From tech architecture perspective, this company will feels like service base company. This company has bose culture. Leards appreciate if you call them sir or bose.
