Cons

having to work remotely and not getting to enjoy an office culture of young talent. having to drive for work and not being in the HQ was tough

Pros

Global Payments offers a pretty good benefits package to full time employees, offers flexible work hour arrangements, and maintains a pleasant enough working environment most of the time.

Cons

Global Payments does not pay standard industry salaries for most technical and managerial positions. They set very high performance expectations and then fail to reward or acknowledge performance. Salary raises are paltry. Not much long-term incentive.

Great entry-level position into the Credit Card industry. Great Hours, Great atmosphere, Socially inclined, Great Benefits

Cons

Does not pay all that well, does not pay well enough to support yourself. Management expects you to jump through hoops for the little pay that they give you, and they are very stingy with raises. There is no real room for growth.
