      Pros

      Easygoing people. Quarterly department outings help build team spirit. Very liberal with flexible the work hours. If you are in the right clique, there's a lot of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      People are great but without effective management and effective process, nothing gets done and everything stays the same. Training is limited.

      Hours not flexible, outdated technology and PMO practices. No room for growth.. Not good for women or minorities.
