      Free coffee and the bathrooms are kinda nice

      Cons

      They sneak engineers in with some bs about doing hourly so you can take advantage of overtime… only they never give raises so you dont actually make jack ****. Guess they figured out engineers dont wanna work for dirt cheap because they started advertising specifically for drafters instead
