      People you work beside are nice. It is a growing company.

      Some department managers need to take classes on what a good culture would look like. Pay is not the best.

      Pros

      -Production floor is very easy to get along with, they will help you learn the ropes. - Great opportunity for projects (IF they allow you to do them)

      Cons

      - Management is mostly friends and family, thus, as the company grows their qualifications for their positions are put into question. -Management is very unprofessional and will not listen to their Engineers on any input and WILL skew what is being said. -No accountability from management, they will blame everyone else but themselves. Everything is verbal. -Benefits are HORRIBLE and the pay is a joke. -No diversity, can count on one hand for office diversity. -Engineering tasks are questionable. Expect you to do whatever they ask despite tasks not being engineering-related. (They will not listen to your input). -Will talk about their race cars instead of caring about the company (will make engineers and operators create car parts) -No shop floor training

      Global Power Components is a leader in their industry, very financially solid. Great work environment, great management and owner. Offers competitive salary and excellent benefits!
