      Pros

      Very responsive Mentor-Protégé Program. The Program manager was very helpful to me and always gave me 360-feedback. GRS has a positive workplace environment and everyone is willing to help you and see you succeed.

      This is a great company to intern for and I would recommend this company!

      Pros

      Collaboration - Not just encouraged, expected. Our senior management, and corporate executives want everyone involved in the process, from soup to nuts. Family - Working at GRS makes you feel like a part of the family. They are always there for you, and we look out for each other with new opportunities and suggestions.

      Cons

      I have not had any issues with working at GRS. It is a growing company and I feel very much a part of the team.
