      It's Not Bad But Could Be Better

      Pros

      This job can be pretty flexible in terms of taking leave and needing to rearrange things in your schedule. You learn a lot in this environment because you are so hands on. It's also possible that you will learn how to work in various roles in order to account for coverage.

      Cons

      The communication aspect of this job is not great and the environment can be somewhat toxic, at least the contract I was working on. Sometimes you don't feel like management has your back, which can leave you feeling like you're handling tough scenarios alone. Training could be better too.
