- great salary and bonuses as well as excellent benefits - one of the leaders in the industry and therefore, always going with the change and a few step ahead of others - fully supportive team, very helpful and encouraging all the time, motivation and support comes from all levels, including the CEO, very unique and hands-on support system that I have never experienced anywhere else, therefore, excellent working environment - plenty of growth opportunities

Cons

There are no cons that come to my mind other than you can put in a lot of hours, but when you enjoy what you do and want to become successful, it's part of they journey.
