Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.

Training is not the best, you are not neglected, but there isn't that much specific coaching

While the hands-on experience is great, getting a formal promotion or steady pay raises is tough and definitely requires a lot of patience and self-advocacy
