Toxic - avoid at all costs

Pros

Some good and nice people in the business. Not sure why they are still there to be honest.

Cons

Toxic culture, all decisions made by only thinking about how it serves the CEO and no one else. No support, terrible management and leadership. Business is run by a few that have been there for years and only know one way to work. Old school (1980’s/90’s) mentality and approach.
