My time at Globaldata will always be fondly remembered by the amazing people I worked with and met within the company and the nights out. Many are still friends to this day.
Cons
Next to impossible for lower paid staff to get pay rises. Some of the designers on my team had no pay rises for 4 years. I did everything I could to be flexible and make the working environment as nice as possible. Freelance workers were made to wait months and months for payment meaning we struggled to hire any as they refused to work for us.
