      The training part is a trap

      Pros

      Overall nice colleagues and supportive managers. Pretty flexible schedule and a decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      - Poor management decisions with little understanding of how that might impact the overall experience for a trainee. - Some questionable datasets. - We received "news writing" training months into our graduate scheme, after individually covering dozens of news stories. Apart from that, sporadic training - were it not for our line managers, we would have struggled.
