The Customer Success team is supportive, collaborative and committed to you being the best you can be. Success is celebrated and there are constant touch points are very beneficial to help you reach your personal goals. Management is engaged and enthusiastic and the training you receive is second to none. If you’re looking to be supported in a friendly environment and enhance your customer facing skills, this is a great place to do that. There are great incentives for high performance and a lot of extra curricular events to participate in. There are work abroad opportunities, a health scheme and you have an extra day off on your birthday

Cons

The salary is a little below market value for London, but if you’re looking to gain skills in CS and work in a supportive environment then I would definitely recommend
