The editorial team has no say in the greater good of the company 16. You are not listened to

It's your typical: "we care about our employees" and show the exact opposite kind of company. They will disregard you and truthfully do not care. Leadership has been hearing the same feedback for years and don't change their initiatives. All of the low reviews are here for a reason so listen to them. Compensation is awful as mentioned, benefits are just alright.
