      Pros

      There are some terrific analysts on the team, intelligent, well-spoken, resourceful.

      Cons

      No visibility on upward progression, promises around promotion/salary/visa support are often broken, no HR infrastructure in US, IT support also limited for size of organization and more interest in bells and whistles of new platforms and services than in the quality/accuracy of the content.

      Other teams than heathcare are good and work balance too.

      Cons

      I suggest please dont spoil your careers kn healthcare data base as it doesnt helps to grow neither they allow you to grow. I would have rated 6 out of 5 but only bcoz of healthcare standards i would rate 1.
