      Just giving opportunity to freshers with low pay salary

      The work culture is toxic, with the team leader acting as though they are the only authority and showing a complete lack of understanding or consideration for others. There's no opportunity for career growth, and the work feels more like labor than fulfilling tasks. The salary is well below expectations, and the work-life balance is poor.
