      Pros

      Location - Good links to Rail and Underground. Good sense of community amongst the team. Regular work incentives. Products and Portfolios are generally well established.

      Cons

      Lied to at the interview and encouraged to lie to clients. Unrealistic targets set by management and a robotic way of work. A lot of good employees leave within the first 6 months.

      Pros

      People are great - pay can be generous, although hours to get decent benefits are extremely long. I was very lucky with my team.

      Cons

      Unrealistic targets, boiler room environment, serious lack of ethics and no company culture. Very few opportunities for promotion.
