      -Different types of events keep the job fresh -Always learning about new industries -Good managers who help you but also let you work independently when you show you can sell - Mostly realistic targets -Incentives to keep the team motivated -Other staff willing to help

      Cons

      I really enjoyed my time there, so I have to be picky, the lack of kitchen facilities mean lunches are either cold or expensive.
