Pros

-Amazing training by individuals that have a wealth of experience in selling and the BI market. -Good incentives and commission schemes to reward good work efforts and achievement. -Management structure means there is the right amount of individuals to a manager so you get enough of their time and support if needed -It is a very social company so there is always things going on

Cons

-Lack of resources on sight lets the working day down - kettles, microwaves etc- though there is a cafe. -Budget is very strict on expenses such as client meetings etc but is starting to improve

Pros

Good working hours for editorial staff, autonomy and trust given to get on with your work. My managers were excellent and my team was friendly.

Cons

It says a lot about the place that when you come for interview, you are taken to some snazzy meeting rooms and arrive through a polished bright entrance. Yet, when you arrive on your first day, you are smuggled in through the back entrance, which is usually piled high with random boxes and stinks of smoke. I felt my stomach drop as soon as I started the induction tour. No staff kitchen, which means no way to store lunches brought from home (the pay is so bad you really need to do this), and no tea or coffee, unless you want to pay £1 a cup in the canteen. There was no mention of pastoral support, or who to go to if you have a problem. My immediate managers were lovely, and I really liked my team, but everyone is so demoralised. Even when they introduced a company intranet to try and bring us closer together, questions and comments were left unanswered and it felt like management (especially HR) weren't using it at all. The office atmosphere isn't helped by things like dirty toilets which break regularly. Once, half of the office was recarpeted, leaving the other half on concrete for 2 weeks.
