Pros

The only good thing about this company is its located in the heart of the city.

Cons

Such a company exist in 2016 is a disgrace to London The reason you are reading this is maybe you could not find a review of the name of the company they used to recruit you. Now after your induction, you have now acquired the information which led you this eye opening series of reviews. Your nightmare is about to unfold. Recruitment process is full of lies. The managers The managers are stuck in the past as they always mention "in my time i used to do this and that" which was 10 years ago. Welcome to 2016. The managers will not give you leads and expect you to do your own research and also expect you to make 80 calls a day. (Please insert logic here). They have "sub managers" who will constantly ask you where the deals are. Appalling and disgusting. They make you feel inferior after meeting your target as they expect you to reach the target the day after. "Punishments" are often given to non target hitters such as stay in the office for a meeting which consist of degradation and no proper training. The atmosphere As soon as you enter the office you will feel the negative vibe. Feels like entering a slaughterhouse. The work schedule Your contract says 9-5:30 but they want you to be at the office at 8 to do your lead sourcing which should be done seperately by a different department in the real business world. They also want you to spend an extra hour or more in the office as for them this is "doing extra". Inefficiency at its finest. They encourage you to work during lunch time and dedicate your 30 mins of your lunch time to leads sourcing. Please also notebthat they have the power to give you a 30 mins lunch if they want to. The people. If the managers are the big bullies, the sub managers act high and mighty as this is encouraged by the management. The attitude of "show them whos boss" is very well practiced here. The amount of people who left during their first week is too much hence no one really bothers to get to know the new starters. They will try to intimidate you and exercise their authority. The office Disgusting. No kitchen for staff (hurrah) A company that doesnt offer kitchen for employees in 2016 is such an embarassment for a 1st world country. Even 3rd world companies offer a kitchen. When you get the chance to leave, please do so. There are may more companies out there who treat their staff like actual humans and invest in their staff.

Pros

Commission scheme is great with some people earning phenomenal money Good training programme for grads and seems like genuine ongoing development & progression opportunities Some products are really strong, others less so Lots of incentives - prizes, dinners & a company holiday apparently this year for top performers

Cons

Cafe in the basement is not very good (no free tea/coffee facilities) Offices are central but pretty basic Not much in the way of warm leads given to us, almost all of what we do is self-sourced
