I was acquired with the rest of my team and brought into Progressive, most of them are still here too. Other than that, I can think of absolutely nothing. We had concerns before we came over, and the worst of those have been the least of our worries.
Cons
Where do I begin. The culture here is appalling, and I have never seen such a sales focused environment. There is a clear polarisation between the senior management and the rest of the staff, with the former being incentivised to expand with minimal cost, and the latter being penalised and seen as a burden. A disgraceful organisation, the offices are simply disgusting with a constant smell of sh1t, no modern facilities such as a fridge, free hot water, coffee or tea. Come here at your peril.
