Pros

Nice people, if your a young man who likes football you will be okay.

Cons

SO MANY. To start with the recruitment process, they barely tell you anything about the job in the process, and if you are naive enough like i and many other graduate leavers are, you wont ask the right questions. They you are stumped with cold calling KPI's and horrific lead targets every day. Work life balance doesnt exist, if you want to 'do okay' then youll be working 7.30 to 7 - which if you live far away barely leaves you time to iron your shirts. Horrible office, never cleaner - bins left to rot over night. Everyone is ill all the time. 1 toilet for about 100 men (genuinly) - no tea or coffee facilites (just a 'subsidised canteen') downstairs which was normal priced anyway. I would recommend going to starbucks but you arnt allowed to leave the sales floor all day so that would never happen.. Awful awful time.

Pros

The first two days were ok when the wolves had their sheep suit zipped up. Training on the use of sales force which is a transferable skill.

Cons

If I could give 0 stars I would. I read every negative review and thought I would give the company the benefit of doubt and I shouldn't have bothered. Boiler room is an understatement. The culture is one of bullying and seriously unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour such as sickening laddish "banter", 7 hours on your feet because you are not allowed to sit down, ridiculously under qualified management barking orders at you, an inferior product, 0 leads and 100% cold call and lead sourcing which you have to do in your own time as you're only given an hour a day to do it in and the most closed group of co-workers you'll ever meet. It's very unwelcoming and the commission potential is minimal. You may read this and fall for what they say to you in the interview which is "people on here complain about trivial things like the lack of kitchen or facilities". Quite frankly that was the least of my worries. Work/life balance is non existent. In summary working here is like being in a playground in a very rough school and the staff turnover is the highest you will ever encounter.

First and foremost- INFRASTRUCTURE: it includes everything that lacks in a standard KPO. HR policies not aligned with the industry standard.
