Boiler room culture, nasty work environment, horrible offices - no kitchen or kettle. They seem to want to make money off staff. Worst pension scheme possible - nest. no perks. They work events to a 90% profit margin which means the quality of events they out put is very low, it's solely a money driven enterprise with no care for product, supplier relationships or customers. Management is outdated and chaotic. Staff openly rude and unprofessional and it's tolerated by management. Bullying nature. Extremely high turn over of staff. People 'fired' weekly. Lack of commercial and industry awareness. Aggressive negotiating tactics... I could go on.

no learning, no appreciation for good work, salary increments are disgusting, canteen facilities are bad for non-south Indians, computers and internet connection provided are pathetic
