      near charing cross to go home quickly

      Office floors are dirtier than a sewer, terrible negative vibe in the office, place is driven like a boiler room, staff are made to stand up all day and the chairs are desgined to not sit on, you are basically pistol whipped in this place and you have to source your own leads and prep them out of office hours, dont bother this place is atocious really dont be fooled by the snazzy entrance and big screens, it hides a sinister dark side behind all that veener. YOU HAVE BE WARNED!!!!!

      Pros

      If you work hard and are good at what you are doing, the progression route is faster than in many other companies. Self-initiative is appreciated and there is a fair amount of freedom and trust. Mainly good and positive people, but there are a few exceptions, like everywhere. It's never boring, as you are expected to own the whole project and are never pigeon-holed like in larger companies. Steep learning curve.

      Cons

      Weak benefits. High attrition, but that seems to be part of the business model.
