      An abysmal sales culture

      Pros

      GlobalData's flagship product is their pharma data base. It is really second to none. If you need data regarding drug trials, what drugs are in what phase of development, sales projections etc, this is it.

      Cons

      In office sales culture is unbelievably bad. Management failed to provide the most basic tools for outreach and pipeline development. Also, HR is afraid of it's own shadow. No loyalty or support for management.

      Good work-life balance is there.

      Cons

      Limited transparency in every thing seniors do. Sales is king and every other department doesnt seem to matter, Managers are not supportive. Very limited growth opportunities.
