Ive been with the company for a bit around a year now, and so far, it’s been a positive experience. One thing I appreciate is the flexibility they offer, which really helps with balancing work and personal life. The projects are often centered around transformation, so there’s a lot to learn and you get exposure to new approaches and ideas, which keeps things interesting. The compensation is fair and competitive for the market, which is definitely a plus. Overall, it’s a supportive environment with good opportunities for growth and learning. It feels like a place where you’re encouraged to bring ideas forward and contribute meaningfully.
