Great exposure working with clients which are global leaders in different sectors. Also great for improving industry knowledge.

Cons

Barely any additional perks for employees. Manchester office workers aren't invited to the annual awards night which London workers can attend. Also barely any investment into social initiatives in Manchester when in London there are several social events throughout the year. It's also common to work over your contracted hours as deadlines can be tight with an increasing workload - there isn't any overtime pay to account for this.
