* Work life balance * Many dedicated and passionate people who believe in the product and its ability to change peoples lives in the world * Great international community of employees across all of Pearson * Important charter to help people learn English and better their lives

Cons

* Lack of investment has created a product that reads as a bit stale * Difficult to operate in the context of a major Pearson re-organization - creates too much internal focus and not enough external market focus * New leadership recently put in place lacks the experience, talent and ability to operationalize the business and succeed in rudimentary business processes.

Pros

It once was a great company to work for, pre-acquisition and management change. The only positive now is the ability to work at home so you don't have to see the empty office or deal with the office politics.

Cons

New management, even if they try, is in over their heads. They spend more time trying to spin a story to the parent company then they do actually focusing on what needs to be done. Focus has been lost, and the company is completely dysfunctional.

lack of direction and leadership....due to leaders and organizational challenges. Everyone is afraid. No one takes ownership. 10 people in the office any given day. Everyone "WFH"
