Fast pace, opportunities for growth

Very fast-paced if you’re working with the SG fab, with opportunities for you to learn and grow as a fresh graduate. Allowance and OT pay is not bad. Office culture is ok.

Cons

No work life balance. No chill. High expectations from you if you’re working with SG fab. Need to be “on call” even outside of work hours. No WFH flexibility even though you are working remotely. Can be challenging working remotely to support the SG fab.

Global foundries has many benefits With the ability to join many different organizations within global such as a soccer or bowling league as well as resource groups. Also it is a fantastic place to make connections.
