Above average salary. Good & Professional Employees from world wide. New facilities & equipments. You have chances for early exposure to advanced technologies (14nm, 20nm, TSV, and etc).

Cons

Lack of short-term and long -term company goals. All things change 3 times in a day. Too much politics. System is a chaotic blend of commercial packages and in-house developed solutions with diverse/inconsistent operational backgrounds. Improvement plan is always up in the air and never touch the ground. No customer would rather take risk production in Malta Fab 8.

Good work environment, very friendly and down-to-earth employees, state-of-the-art facility, good opportunity for entry-level for career advancement

Cons

Steep learning curve for entry-level, 12-hr shifts and often stay longer than expected, expected to work all major holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc...) if your shift falls on it, since FAB operates 24/7, job roles sometimes unclear
