The employees at the cafe are great. However, it is a vendor and not Global

Cons

High expectations, very low morale, favoritism, corruption, and major health issues present. Feel bad for local citizens of Saratoga Lake.

Pros

I enjoyed working the shift schedule because you would have long weekends. The benefits were good and it gave me good motivation to further my career. The time i worked there helped me learn what I want to do in life

Cons

Inside of the fab gets hot if your are sitting near certain tools. Early morning hours can be rough if you are not an early bird. The management was good to me so i have nothing bad to say about that.

Pros

Office work culture in Fab3E is good. Bosses that value their staff. There is also room for learning under a good boss leadership. Fresh graduates can take this opportunity to learn about engineering work and dealing with customers as well as people from other departments. This place also teaches life skills.

Cons

Too many old systems. But company is moving towards integration into new system. Takes time and need manpower to do so, but is moving in the right direction.
