1. Relatively less stress than other fab but OT pay is also less. 2. Work-life balance. 3. Top management from US are re-shaping the company values, culture, and uniting all fabs through frequent top-down communication sessions.

Cons

1.Management is cutting cost and headcounts despite booming revenue due to high semiconductor demands. 2.Mid-level management tend to blame engineer when issue arise instead of exerting leadership to guide the fellow engineers.
