Increment is performance based. Nice D&D & outdoor activities.

Cons

Support NPI is 24/7, poor work life balance, favourism & micro-manage in some group, high turn-over rate. PI is the lowest & weakest in food chain.

If quick learners have chances to get good exposure and opportunity to grow. Alpha program was very useful but stopped due to budget reasons Some quality in house training programs available.

Cons

Salary lower than industry standard Work life balance can struggle during prototyping Rapid appraisal and growth paths are not available. Need fresher projects
