- zero buddy system - zero roadmap - tonnes of conversation on diversity but zero inclusion within SG HR team - extremely toxic environment - extremely layback enviroment - site leads are with limited skilled leadership even within their own dept - plays favorism and bias, hence zero diversity acceptance and whatmore inclusion. - extremely lack of blueprint or goals to work or inspire each hr dept to come together and resolve. Drew extremely clearlines on task , not able to work openly as gossips and speculation everywhere. - site leads swept all problems under carpet and ignore as they only look into current issues but not long term mitigation plans. -low salary scheme to attract talents, leads know we do have these issues with facts but CNB refused to accept. - too many administration work within HR function and no one leads to clear. When one came and cleared, everyone gets defensive and attack in a very unprofessional way.
