Pros

There are no good reasons to work for this company they have no good points ethics is something that still needs to find its way over to malta F8. The only possible reason to even consider them would be if you are new to the industry and need to get your feet wet before moving on to a better company.

Cons

Management is made up of every failed semiconductor company out there and a pack from singapore who are under some grand illusion that they can bring the tactics and dishonest management practices to the usa and succed. All the good managers and hard working folks already left this company.

Pros

There are some very good and well-meaning co-workers "stuck" at the deteriorated office facility in East Fishkill due to the "perceived" lack of high tech jobs in upstate NY area.

Cons

The start-up company morale has been very low with a discouraging outlook for a very long time. There are pockets of "disrespectful managers" whose condescending, harassing, and discriminatory behaviors are promoted by their management. There is a network of "ole buddies" protecting their "yes-man circle" from all the finger-pointing as the ship sinks. There is overwhelmingly fierce competition from top competitors who are far ahead with leading technologies.

Pros

Great people to work with. Good benefits and competitive pay. Good place for young engineers to start.

Cons

Recent layoffs mostly impacted high level technical employees, leaving too much management and too many inexperienced engineers to run the show. Future roadmap is a lot of words but implementation is not so clear since leadership is absent despite the plethora of VPs and Directors. If you are not ex-Chartered or ex-IBM, forget about advancement. Inconsistent expectations - some are expected to put in 12 hrs/day while others come in at 9:30, leave at 5:00 and take an hour for lunch.
