      Great people, high COL, poor communication

      Pros

      Good environment in an older facility. Responsive immediate management for ground floor manufacturing and maintenance. High nightshift differential.

      Cons

      High Cost of Living in the immediate area. Poor inter-departmental communications, particularly with engineering. Growing pains w modernization efforts.

      The cafe is quite nice.

      Compensation is terrible. Upper management incompetent. HR worthless. Top priority here is outsourcing.

      Horrible, ever changing management. I was given a new boss - my fourth in six years - and they buried me trying to make a name for themselves. Never leaned on my experience, hired vendors for parts of my job I enjoyed without asking and then said I wasn’t engaged. Total joke. The brand team is a toxic mess led by an insecure brand manager who thinks she is a creative director. Fun fact - months after leaving she’s doing all of the things she made me correct and refine over and over and over.
