Pros

Every part of the company sucks. We get technology only when copying and Samsung yells at us for doing a clear job. Ops is good only when there's no wafers. Our Ops guys know nothing but whining. We spend money like a bachelor party at strip club stupid. we're all miserable too.

Cons

The worst fab in the world. Only the vendors are happy ( and rich). Everyone else run away. Twenty words is the minimum.

Good salary, but feel either some people are overpaid, or I am underpaid. Challenging work.

Cons

A bit disorganized, but may be due to nature of technology. Systems could be improved, but difficult since everything is constantly changing.
